- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 2 c. flour
- pinch of salt
- jelly or jam
- confectioners sugar
Directions

1Combine first four ingredients.

2Wrap in waxed paper; chill and roll thin.

3Cut into four-inch circles.

4Place 1 tablespoon jelly or jam in each.

5Fold in half. Place on baking sheet.

6Bake for 10 minutes at 400°.

7Sprinkle warm cookies with sugar.

8Yields 4 to 5 dozen.
