  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp. hot water

    Beat eggs well until light and thick.

    Add sugar gradually and mix well.

    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.

    Stir into egg mixture.

    Add water and mix.

    Spread in a small cookie (10 x 13 x 15-inch) sheet and bake at 325° for 20 minutes or lightly brown.
