- 1 gal. meat strips (6 to 8-inches long)
- 3/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Accent or seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. canning salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. hot peppers (optional)
Directions

1Combine ingredients.

2Mix with meat.

3Marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.

4Drain in colander and take out peppers. Lay meat on oven racks to dry.

5Set oven at 150°.

6Leave door open a crack and leave meat in oven 6 hours.

7Turn oven off and leave meat in for another 6 hours.
