Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. squash, cooked and mashed
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 oz. chopped pimiento
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix well.

    Pour into 2-quart round greased casserole dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes (uncovered) or microwave on High 12 minutes.

    May be prepared ready to cook the day before and refrigerated outright.

    May also be frozen before cooked (does not freeze well after cooking).

    Shred cheese.
