- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. Romano cheese, grated
- fresh ground pepper
- 4 strips bacon
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 8 oz. spaghetti, cooked
Directions

1Beat egg, cheese, milk and pepper until blended.

2Cook on low heat bacon, garlic and oil until bacon is crisp.

3Remove and crumble bacon then return it to the pan.

4Pour bacon mixture over hot spaghetti, toss well.

5Add egg mixture and toss well.

6Serve with additional Romano cheese.
