  • 1 1/2 lb. beef or venison, sliced thin
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. red hot sauce

    Mix together and marinate for 2 hours.

    Put meat in a dehydrator until thoroughly dry.
