  • 10 lb. lean meat, sliced
  • 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/4 c. apple vinegar
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 2 oz. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 oz. black pepper
  • 1 large onion, pureed
  • 3 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
  • 4 1/2 oz. m.s.g. (Accent)
  • 4 c. cayenne pepper (pureed)
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic juice
  • 4 oz. Adolph's tenderizer

Directions

    Slice meat thinly (1/4-inch slices).

    Place in large glass or stainless container.

    Add combined ingredients plus enough water to cover meat.

    Soak meat in marinade overnight or at least 12 hours, stirring occasionally.
