  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 tablespoons minced white onions, soaked in 2 tblsp. water 5 minutes
  • 1 teaspoon shredded parsley
  • 12 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 12 cup light cream
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup swiss cheese, grated
  • paprika

Directions

    Cut bacon slices in two.

    Fry until partially cooked, but not crisp.

    Remove from pan.

    Saute onion and parsley in drippings until light brown.

    Season with 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt.

    Spread in 8 inch pie pan.

    Beat eggs slightly with cream.

    Season with 1 teaspoons seasoned salt, 1 teaspoons salt and black pepper.

    Pour over onions, sprinkle with cheese.

    Arrange bacon slices on top; sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake in a 350* oven 15 minutes or until eggs are set and cheese is melted.
