- 5 lb. stew beef
- 2 large onions
- lemon pepper season
- red wine (1/2 c.)
- 1/2 c. garlic vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- hickory smoked barbecue sauce
- 6 cloves
Directions

1Slice 1 onion in bottom of crock-pot.

2Add meat, lemon pepper season and cloves.

3Slice other onion on top of meat.

4Add vinegar and water; cook on low for 12 hours.

5After 12 hours, drain meat (most of liquid off) and add brown sugar and barbecue sauce.

6Cook for 6 more hours on low.
