- 6 eggs
- 12 cup prepared salad dressing or 12 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon sweet pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 14 teaspoon cayenne
- 18 teaspoon dry mustard
- salt, to taste
Directions

1Hard cook the eggs.

2Cool, peel, and cut lengthwise.

3Scoop yolks into a mixing bowl.

4Add salad dressing (I use mayonnaise) and remaining ingredients.

5Mash until smooth.

6I use a fork.

7Pipe or spoon mixture into egg halves.

8I've never piped, so I use a spoon.

9Garnish.

10Sliced gherkins add a nice finishing touch, too.

11Chill loosely wrapped until ready to present.
