- 1 lb. flat noodles, cooked
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 to 4 apples, peeled and sliced thin
- 32 oz. cottage cheese
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. golden raisins
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Mix cheese, sour cream, eggs, raisins, sugar, vanilla and apples.

2Add cooked noodles; mix well.

3Pour batter into one large or two 13 x 9-inch pans.

4Cover with foil; bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

5Serve warm or cold.
