  • 1 lb. flat noodles, cooked
  • 6 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 to 4 apples, peeled and sliced thin
  • 32 oz. cottage cheese
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. golden raisins
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. sugar

Directions

    Mix cheese, sour cream, eggs, raisins, sugar, vanilla and apples.

    Add cooked noodles; mix well.

    Pour batter into one large or two 13 x 9-inch pans.

    Cover with foil; bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Serve warm or cold.
