- 2 pounds skinless bone-in chicken pieces
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 8 red chilies
- 1 onion, cubed
- 1/2 green and red pepper, cubed (each)
- 1 tablespoon ginger/garlic paste
Directions

1Cut all the veggies into cubes.

2Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add the vegetables along with the red chilies and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Take out of the pan and set aside.

3In the same pan, add the rest of the oil and ginger/garlic paste. Fry until fragrant.

4Add the chicken and all the spices and seasonings, fry on high heat for a few minutes. Then lower the heat, add a 1/2 cup water and let the chicken cook through until tender.

5Add the vegetables back into the pan and simmer for five minutes. Serve with bread or rice.
