• 1 can cream style corn
• 1/2 c. sour cream
• 1/2 stick oleo
• 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
• 2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
• 1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 pkg. Jiffy Corn Bread mix
• 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
