  • 1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 can (any size) Niblets corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 sticks (3/4 c.) butter or margarine
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions

    Soften butter; combine all ingredients.

    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan (helps if sprayed with Pam).

    Bake 35 minutes at 350°. Top with Swiss cheese.
