- 1 can (any size) Niblets corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 sticks (3/4 c.) butter or margarine
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions

1Soften butter; combine all ingredients.

3Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan (helps if sprayed with Pam).

4Bake 35 minutes at 350°. Top with Swiss cheese.

5Bake 10 minutes more.
