- 23 cup soy sauce
- 13 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 12 teaspoon ginger powder
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- 14 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 large steaks, thinly sliced into strips
Directions

1Soak wooden skewers in water.

2Combine together all the ingredients for the sauce.

3Marinate the steak strips with the sauce in the fridge for 1/2 to 1 hour.
