  • 4 c. celery, sliced fine
  • 4 c. onion, sliced fine
  • 1 Tbsp. sage
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. white pepper
  • 2 c. butter
  • 4 c. chicken stock
  • parsley flakes
