- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 4 eggs
Directions

1In saucepan, heat water and margarine to boiling point.

2Stir in flour.

3Stir constantly over low heat until mixture leaves the pan and forms into a ball (about 1 minute).

4Remove from heat. Cool.

5Beat in 1 at a time, the 4 eggs.

6Beat mixture until smooth and velvety.

7Drop from spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.

8Bake at 400° for 45 to 50 minutes or until dry.

9Allow to cool slowly. Makes 8 large puffs.
