  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. raw apples, chopped fine

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, salt and soda. Add to the first mixture. Fold in pecans and apples. Bake in tube pan at 350° for 1 hour.
