- 2 1/2 lbs. halibut fillet
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- juice and zest of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, finely chopped
- 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 tsp black pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 F

2Cut halibut into 6 equal pieces

3Combine mayonnaise, lime juice and zest, ginger

4jalapeno and pepper together in small bowl

5Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly on to the top of each piece of halibut
-
6Bake in 400 F oven for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on its thickness. The fish will be opaque and flaky when done
