   Combine ingredients, except sour cream.

   Beat until smooth, blending in sour cream.

   Pour into graham or nut crust, trim with reserved crumbs.

   Bake in moderate (375°) oven for 35 minutes or until just set.

   Let cool with oven door open.

   Do not overheat or cool too rapidly.
