- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 14 cups salad oil
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 12 cup nuts
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 12 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Directions

1Blend carrots.

2Combine with sugar, salad oil and eggs.

3Combine flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and add to carrot mixture.

4Stir in nuts.

5Placed in greased 11x18 pan.

6Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

7CREAM CHEESE FROSTING : Beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla, milk and powdered sugar until smooth.
