  • 8 to 10 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar yellow chile peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. pickling spices
  • 1 c. wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • 2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Peel warm eggs and put in jar or Tupperware that has a lid. Pour liquid over eggs.

    Cover and marinate 2 days before refrigeration.

    Liquid may be reused by adding more hard-boiled eggs.
