- 8 to 10 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- 1 (12 oz.) jar yellow chile peppers
- 2 Tbsp. pickling spices
- 1 c. wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Peel warm eggs and put in jar or Tupperware that has a lid. Pour liquid over eggs.

2Cover and marinate 2 days before refrigeration.

3Liquid may be reused by adding more hard-boiled eggs.
