- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 lb. sharp cheese, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 10 eggs
- 1/4 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Directions

1Mix together 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 cup heavy cream.

2Cover bottom of 10 x 6 x 2-inch glass baking dish with the 1/4 pound sliced cheese.

3Cover with one half the cream mixture.

4Break 10 eggs over this.

5Cover with remaining cream mixture.

6Sprinkle grated cheese over the top. Bake in slow oven, 325°, for 20 minutes or until cheese melts and eggs set; or cover with Saran and hold in refrigerator uncooked. For morning guests, bring to room temperature, uncover and bake.
