  • 1/2 lb. wide egg noodles, cooked
  • 1 medium Spanish onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 1/2 lb. twice ground lean pork shoulder
  • 2/3 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 soup can water
  • 1/4 lb. American cheese, grated (reserve some for top)
  • cracker crumbs

Directions

    Fry onion and green pepper.

    Add meat and brown.

    Add soup, water and cheese.

    Put in casserole.

    Top with crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
