- 1 medium Spanish onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2 lb. twice ground lean pork shoulder
- 2/3 can tomato soup
- 1/2 soup can water
- 1/4 lb. American cheese, grated (reserve some for top)
- cracker crumbs
Directions

1Fry onion and green pepper.

2Add meat and brown.

3Add soup, water and cheese.

4Put in casserole.

5Top with crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
