- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 lb. large egg noodles
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 (64 oz.) can tomato juice
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Brown ground chuck.

2Boil egg noodles.

3Chop green pepper and onion.

4When meat is brown and noodles are done, pour into large Dutch oven.

5Set on medium high.

6Add green pepper, onion, tomato juice and cream of mushroom soup.

7When mixture is boiling, start slicing cheese and add to mixture.

8When cheese has melted, it's ready to serve.

9Great with salad and garlic bread.
