  • 2 egg yellows, beaten
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pie crust

    Melt butter; add sugar and stir with wooden spoon.

    Add sifted flour and all other ingredients.

    Cook on medium heat in an iron skillet until thickened.

    Mix until smooth and pour into pie shell.
