Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground pork
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese (plain or pimento)

Directions

    Brown pork and onions, seasoned with salt and pepper.

    Drain off grease.

    Cook noodles as directed.

    Drain and add to meat mixture.

    Add rest of ingredients and heat until cheese (cut in cubes) is melted.

    (I put this in the oven, stirring often, until cheese is melted.)

    Unused portion can be frozen.
