Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 Tbsp. Crisco
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 small bottle olives
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1/2 can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 can tomato paste
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 pkg. wide noodles
  • grated cheese

Directions

    Put Crisco in skillet; add onion, 2 stalks chopped celery (if celery is desired), pepper, mushrooms and meat.

    Cook and stir until meat is browned.

    Add tomato sauce, soup and paste, then chopped olives and salt.

    Cook noodles according to package directions.

    Arrange cooked noodles in

    casserole, then meat mixture.

    Top with grated cheese and run in oven and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325°.

    This can be divided into 2 smaller casseroles and frozen until ready to bake.
