  • 2 1/2 lb. peeled potatoes (raw), cut julienne
  • 2 onions, cut up and sauteed
  • 2 cans sweet anchovy fillets, cut up
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 c. heavy cream

Directions

    In an oblong baking dish, layer potatoes, onions and anchovies three times.

    Add pepper to each layer.

    Add heavy cream to mixture.

    Bake for 1 hour at 375°.
