Ingredients
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 to 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped (optional)
- 2 cans kidney beans, drained
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can diced tomatoes
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chili peppers
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 can water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 to 2 tsp. cumin
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1Saute onion, garlic and pepper in olive oil until clear.

2Add hamburger and brown.

3Drain off fat and then add all other ingredients.

4Simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
