  • 1 large skillet cornbread
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 pkg. diced celery
  • 1 pkg. diced green onion
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 boiled eggs, diced
  • 6 raw eggs
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 hen
  • 2 c. water

Directions

    Boil hen and save broth.

    Debone hen and mix with boiled vegetables.

    Boil diced onions and celery in 2 cups water until tender, then mix with other ingredients.

    Mix everything together and leave real juicy.

    (Add more broth, if needed.)

    Bake at 375° until firm.
