- 1 stick margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1/4 c. shredded onions
- 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 stick melted margarine, mixed with 1 1/2 c. crumbled corn flakes
Directions

1Mix the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl, then add potatoes.

2Mix.

3Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Top with melted margarine mixed with crumbled corn flakes.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
