  • Italian dressing

    In aluminum foil, place deer meat.

    Cover top with bacon slices.

    Slice onion and separate into rings; place this to taste on top of bacon.

    Clean peppers and cut into slices or rings. Place on top of onion rings.

    Over all, pour Italian dressing. Close aluminum foil tightly and cook at 350° until meat is tender or can be placed on a grill outside and cooked slowly.
