  • 1 cut up chicken
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 2 c. fruit juice (any kind)
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions

    Season chicken (salt and pepper).

    Place chicken in casserole dish.

    Mix onion soup mix with juice.

    Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup water.

    Combine liquids and pour over chicken.

    Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours in 350° oven.
