- 4 lb. pork ribs
- 4 onions
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle catsup
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Place ribs in small roaster and cover with sliced onions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

2Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.

3Bake 1 1/2 hours.

4Remove cover and let brown about 30 minutes.

5Baste once in a while during baking.
