  • 9 lb. beets, cooked and peeled
  • 9 oz. margarine
  • 1 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. salt

Directions

    Shred cooked beets on shredder into thin strips.

    Saute in margarine.

    Season with salt, lemon juice, sugar and optional white pepper.
