  • 1 box jumbo shells
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small can Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook shells halfway done; drain water.

    In large bowl, mix onion, salt, pepper, seasoned salt, garlic, egg, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Ricotta, Cheddar and parsley. Stuff shells with mixture. Place in baking pan.

    Pour spaghetti sauce over shells.

    Bake in a 375° oven for 30 minutes.
