  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1/8 c. sugar
  • 1 small crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 c. small marshmallows
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
  • 1/2 c. pecans

Directions

    Mix jello, water, sugar, marshmallows and lemon juice.

    Stir well.

    Put in refrigerator to thicken.

    Add other ingredients when thickened.
  5. 5
    Return to icebox.
