Jumbo Pasta Shells

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
  • 1/2 pkg. Big Red Smokies, sliced thin
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 8oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese to taste
  • 16oz. spaghetti sauce, brand of your choice

Directions

    Cook shells according to pkg. instructions.

    Brown meats and onions.

    Drain.

    When shells are done, drain well and stuff with meat mixture.

    In a 15 x 10 casserole dish, place just enough sauce to cover bottom.

    Place stuffed shells side by side and pour remaining sauce over top.

    Cover with the two cheeses & bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until heated through.

    Good served with salad and garlic bread.
