Ingredients
- 1 large jar spaghetti sauce (32 oz. or larger)
- 2 lb. Ricotta
- 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 lb. ground sirloin
- 1 box jumbo shells
Directions

1Cook shells according to package directions.

2Drain and cool. Brown ground sirloin (you may add onion, garlic and oregano to taste).

3Drain off grease and let cool.

4Beat eggs and stir in the cheeses and the ground meat.

5Pour a small amount of spaghetti sauce in bottom of casserole dish.

6Stuff shells with ground beef mixture and place in dish.

7Top shells with remaining spaghetti sauce.

8Top with additional Parmesan if desired.

9Cover and bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until bubbling.

10Freezes well.
