  • 1 pkg. ring Juniorette macaroni
  • 2 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 cucumber, diced (solid and no seeds)
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Cook macaroni until tender, drain and rinse; set aside.

    Shred cabbage fine.

    Dice onion and cucumber.

    Remove seeds from green pepper and chop.

    Mix ingredients together and toss.
