  • 1 yellow cake mix without pudding
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2/3 c. liquid (1 part water, pineapple or orange)
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts (English)
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 6 or 7 cherries, cut up

Directions

    Combine first 6 ingredients.

    Mix 10 minutes (very important). Add remaining ingredients.

    Bake in 350° oven 50 to 60 minutes in tube pan.
