Ingredients

  • 1 (16 or 17 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained (undrained if you like it moist)
  • 1 c. flour
  • 3/4 to 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
  • brown sugar and chopped nuts for topping (walnuts or pecans are good)

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients and pour into greased 8-inch pan (Pam is good to use).

    Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts over the top. Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.

    Can be served warm or cold, with or without Cool Whip or whipped cream.
