  • 4 hogsheads brandy
  • 1 pipet malaga wine
  • 20 gal. lime juice
  • 2500 lemons
  • 1300 lb. sugar
  • 5 lb. grated nutmeg
  • 8 hogshead water
  • 300 toasted biscuits
  • 1 attendant
  • 1 rowboat
  • 1 fountain
  • 1 (6 oz.) dipper

Directions

    Thoroughly mix brandy, water, wine and lime juice in fountain. Add sugar; mix to dissolve.

    Garnish with quartered lemons, nutmeg and toasted biscuits.

    Place attendant with dipper in rowboat and float in fountain.
