  • 1 (21 ounce) can LUCKY LEAF Premium Peach Pie Filling
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Glaze Ingredients:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons milk

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Beat butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl until creamy.

    Add eggs one at a time, beating after each.

    Add flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, nutmeg and ginger.

    Spread three-quarters of batter into a 13x9-inch pan.

    Bake uncovered for 15 minutes.

    Drop teaspoons of remaining batter over filling layer.
