  • 1 carton low-fat raspberry yogurt
  • 3 c. fresh peach slices
  • 1 tbsp. honey or sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    In a blender, combine the yogurt, peaches, and honey or sugar.

    Blend until almost smooth.

    Add the milk and vanilla and continue to blend until smooth.

    To chill, blend in 1 cup of ice.
