- 3 lbs leanest ground turkey
- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can black beans
- 1 large can stewed tomatoes
- 8 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- salt & pepper to taste
- EV Olive Oil
- 3 large red peppers
- 2 large onions
- 3 jalapenos
- 6 cups cooked Brown rice
Directions

1In large pot, saute onions, and garlic in EVOO.
