  • green pepper (large pieces)
  • onion, quartered
  • whole mushrooms
  • pineapple chunks
  • chicken, beef, shrimp or pork

    Marinate meat overnight. Drain and place on skewers in any order.

    4 pieces red pepper, 4 pieces green pepper, 4 pieces meat, 2 pieces pineapple and 1 mushroom.
