- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 10 slices Arnold bread
- 1 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. mixed green peppers and onions
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
Directions

1Grease 16-inch dish.

2Dice four slices of bread.

3Put in bottom of dish.

4Mix crab, mayonnaise, onions and peppers.

5Put on top of diced bread.

6Trim crust from other 6 slices and place on top of crab mixture.

7Put beaten egg and milk mixture over bread.

8Let stand overnight or for a few hours.

9Pour soup over egg mix.

10Add cheese and butter.

11Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
