  • 1/2 gal. vodka
  • 2 vanilla beans, cut up

    Boil sugar, water and coffee.

    Add vodka and vanilla beans.

    Pour into 2 1/2 gallon bottles.

    Turn upside-down for one week.

    Reverse for one week, then upside-down again.

    Finished at the end of third week.
